2. I shouldn't complain too much because upon arrival, the very nice woman at the front desk put us in a suite because it was open - our room was cleaned and had no problems with the room itself.

4. With regard to the rooms, ours were clean and yes the resort is older, but nothing to complain about especially when comparing the hotel with others in the area that charge about the same rate.

8. For the negative reviewers who complained about luggage service, landscaping, dirty rooms, etc, they simply did not ask the hotel employees about what services they provided such as 24 hour golf cart transportation to and from your room.

9. When we complained at the desk their explanation was that the hotel was busy so the cleaning staff hadn't had enough time to clean.
