3. Asked at reception about getting at least another fridge as we had paid the same price for all rooms so in reality it shouldn't have been a problem but we were told they couldn't do that?? The pool area was ok.

5. The problem is the size of the breakfast area and the number of staff trying to keep up with the food and coffee consumption.

6. We also had a problem with the tub providing only scalding hot water -our child actually burnt her foot with the water temperature .

7. We had a view overlooking the carpark but I suppose if you don't ask for something better you don't get it, the only other problem with this is only the poolside rooms have balconies so you have to walk round to the bar for a smoke in our room.

9. We found the hotel staff really helpful and friendly has some problems with the electronic safe which were fixed asap when reported.

10. The reception people were very obliging, we did have a safe problem which they sorted out straight away, There is a Dairy Queen right outside the hotel they have wonderful icecreams.
