3. some rooms were terrible ,numerous complaints from fellow travellers ,all nationalities ie rooms smelling toilets not working, safes not working,pool area not cleaned down ,pool tiles covered in dirt and grime , although water is treated.

7. I've added a couple of pictures taken by my daughter of the dirty carpet( lucky you can't smell it ) and these aren't the worst bits , those are on the video I've taken to backup my complaint but I can't upload that for you to view.

9. I do have one complaint though and that is to be of the lax control of how late people stay out by the pool area at night, I mean I was kept awake till 4am on some nights, not good when you've had a very long but fun day out at one of the Disney parks, also not very fair on young family's either.

10. And with this being very cheap i would say it was an extreamly good hotel, but i do have one complaint to make, the hotel runs a free shutle sevice to all parks in the area fortunetly it is only needed for disney parks as geting there is ok but if you wish to stay and watch the fireworks for hollywood studios/ magic kingdom your going to miss the last shutle.
