My sister and I's room had bed sheets with holes in them and stains, the bathroom door handle was hanging off meaning we couldn't lock the door, our ironing board had been broken by previous guests and even though we asked at reception for a new one a few times we still didn't recieve it so we had to iron our clothes using a towel on the floor and, as hot as it was, we couldn't sleep with the air con on because of the noise it made - on the plus we did have a fridge in our room.
