1. The first room we were given wes awful with a bad smell and ants running all over, we went and asked for a room change and although it was busy (we went for the new year) they moved us within half hour.

7. The tiled foyer of the hotel looks quite pleasant, but as soon as you turn into the corridors you can see the awful carpet which looks filthy even after it has been vacuumed (rarely).
