1. There is no elevator and the staircase was filthy and floors were sticky, as though nobody had the idea that they should be cleaned.

7. The pool area is disgusting the seating is filthy had to put at least 3 towels on each seat before we could sit on them and there is no shade at all did ask at reception about brollies they don't have any anymore.

8. The tiled foyer of the hotel looks quite pleasant, but as soon as you turn into the corridors you can see the awful carpet which looks filthy even after it has been vacuumed (rarely).
