1. we read so many bad reviews on this website,we found none of the horror stories during our stay,staff are great and very helpful.

2. This second room we were give wasn't bad at all it was spacious, had fridge, microwave, a big TV with a good selection of chanels both in English and in Spanish Language.

3. For a 2/3 star hotel and for the price it is fantastic I cannot understand why it get these bad reviews and felt I had to write this review to state we had a wonderful time here ok not 5 star but not 5 star prices, it was a very good base hotel.

5. The first room we were given wes awful with a bad smell and ants running all over, we went and asked for a room change and although it was busy (we went for the new year) they moved us within half hour.
