1. Very average on all levels: rooms are dated but have what you need, double beds are super small and slightly uncomfortable, pull out sofabed was as expected and the front part of the suite where it was located was loud with the noise carrying from the atrium at breakfast.

2. - The play area for the kids- Ed the omelet man is 1st class all the way, this guy should get a raise for his stellar service- The indoor pool connecting to outdoor provides an interesting combination- Disney tickets sold on-site (only at a slight premium though)** The not-so-good (and suggestions for improvement):-Disney tickets can't be charged to the room- Chaise lounges are uncomfortable (arms too high) and dark blue in color.
