3. We could find nothing lacking in the suite - and were then treated to a Manager's cocktail reception with complimentary drinks (try the bartender special Rum Punch) and then a quick swim in the indoor/outdoor pool.

5. The rest of the hotel greeters were extremely warm and friendly which did help a lot to dismiss the other one's lack of enthusiasm.

6. Evening front Desk staff were not friendly, they lack customer service and did not wear a smile; rooms are small; service was not the best; we had a reunion and spent thousands $$$, but had an awful experienced.

7. The breakfast buffet was also lacking - no belgian waffles, long lines for omelettes (only 1 chef cooking at a time = a sometime 30 minute wait), so-so pastries.
