1. Our bathroom caulking was a little dirty, and the furniture was dated, but all in all, a good place to stay when visiting Disney and with modest room rates.

4. Very average on all levels: rooms are dated but have what you need, double beds are super small and slightly uncomfortable, pull out sofabed was as expected and the front part of the suite where it was located was loud with the noise carrying from the atrium at breakfast.
