1. On the week-ends, the school groups roll in (sports teams and bands) which make the hotel loud and the waits at breakfast longer.

2. Very average on all levels: rooms are dated but have what you need, double beds are super small and slightly uncomfortable, pull out sofabed was as expected and the front part of the suite where it was located was loud with the noise carrying from the atrium at breakfast.
