3. The maintenance issues I ran into included: only one elevator working at times, only half of the in-room coffee machine worked, and the tiny bathroom lamp shades were askew, but not easily able to be straightened.

5. The pool was lovely but the poolside bar (which is absolutely tiny) only opened depending on how many guests were staying this to was a huge disappointment as it only opened 3 days out of the 7.
