1. Was in Florida for two weeks we stayed in this hotel the staff are great with the kids and hotel is very clean and very comfortable beds which are cleaned every day the only faults I had was there is no kiddie pool and a bar that bearly opened and had hardly any drinks.

2. Someone took time to do that, but not one person ever thought to call the guy (who found out the hard way) that it did not exist and who brought it to their attention? Even just to apologize? We have stayed in Orlando a few times since then and have avoided this hotel because of the lack of follow up for our issues.

8. However we can honestly say we couldn't understand why some people didn'y enjoy their stay as much as we did (another British dad also expressed the same sentiments over a cold beer around the pool after a hard day at the parks.

9. we have never had any problems staying in a hilton owned property but by far this might be the worse and it will be very hard to trust the safety of my personal property there.
