Check-in was quick & easy, the Cookies were fab (however, very
expensive
if you want another) no help was offered with our cases, which would have been appreciated after an 8 hour flight from England & being 7 months pregnant.

I left an

pillow behind and didn't realize it until I got home and I called and left a message and they returned my phone call and withing 5 days, I had my pillow back.
