2. Tried to speak with him at 8am when he was due in - then 10am when he was due in and did not get to speak to him until 3pm (as i was not wasting a day waiting to complain).

3. When i finally spoke him aware of the complain agreed to refund one days cost for roomlinx and fixed for the rest of the stay.

4. Raised with reception but 2hours later not fixed so had to complain and was fixed in the next 30 mins - but told that even when fixed would not work as i had not 'Paid for it'.

5. There was no manager on Duty to complain to and was told 'Bill' (i think) was in tommorrow and given his card.

7. It's vacation so we didn't wanna complain it wasn't worth it, but that is the only think that needs a little help at this hotel.
