4. WHY???? On arrival the receptionist was so rude, As it was our 'honeymoon' and we had travelled all day i asked if there was any complimentary champagne with which i got a dismissive reply that if i wanted a bottle i could buy one.

5. When we went to leave the driver that drove us the previous morning was hanging out in the lobby and got downright rude with us for calling an actual taxi, the taxi driver overheard this and said he couldn't believe such a classy hotel would allow such hacks to rip off their customers.
