2. Someone took time to do that, but not one person ever thought to call the guy (who found out the hard way) that it did not exist and who brought it to their attention? Even just to apologize? We have stayed in Orlando a few times since then and have avoided this hotel because of the lack of follow up for our issues.

3. The shuttle service is operated by a local firm and they get very aggresive if you pick up another taxi at the hotel, to avoid conflict you need to walk to the main road to hail a cab.

6. Food wise - the breakfast is way overpriced so avoid , the diner across the street is good and the waitresses there are very helpful and of course the cookies on check-in are delicious.
