3. We waited as he messed with the computer a while, then he said he had to talk to the manger, left, came back, played with the computer some more and finally told us so what I told you I can do I can't do manager said no.

4. Their jumping ship from Carlson to Marriott (will be a Fairfield Inn soon) the whole lobby area is a mess, lots of construction workers running around.
