1. One complaint NO SAFE.

2. The only slight complaint I would have is that the breakfast room is too small for all the people and it is difficult to find a table especially at peak breakfast time.

8. I saw complaints about thin walls and yes, you can hear your neighbors a little if they're being loud, but, we just turned the fan of the a/c on and problem solved.
