1. The only slight complaint I would have is that the breakfast room is too small for all the people and it is difficult to find a table especially at peak breakfast time.

3. It's difficult to review since the property is so new (it's a former Country Inns which was totally renovated and just recently reopened as a Fairfield Inn).

4. Parking could be somewhat sketchy - we were there in October, but I can't imagine how difficult it could be at high season, as there really isn't much of the strip mall area that seemed dedicated to hotel parking.
