3. I saw complaints about thin walls and yes, you can hear your neighbors a little if they're being loud, but, we just turned the fan of the a/c on and problem solved.

4. Oh, and it's not their fault but there were busses of high school kids almost every night and they were very loud every morning and night up and down the halls playing and running.
