For example, our keys had to be made up 3 times till they got it right 2) 5 out of 8 laundry machines were broken the entire week long stay and any time it was mentioned it was always a surprise to the front desk staff, 3) room layout was very impractical with no way to sit at the desk and see anything but a wall and all the doors in the suite banged into each other.
