1. Parking was a problem when we came back from Disney late at night, but the person in charge quickly found us a parking spot.

4. (How many hotels have you stayed in that have a desk -- and with it, a chair that's not height adjustable and therefore not suitable for using your laptop? Not a problem here.

5. We didn't have a car (remember when Florida rental cars were cheap?) but that wasn't a problem, because plenty of restaurants and conveniences (drug store, liquor store) are walkable.

6. - There was a problem on checkout where I was billed too much and although not completely resolved at the time, this has now been resolved in a quick and professional manner.

9. There was a problem with the reservation Virgin had placed for us, and only one room instead of two had been noted, but this was remedied within minutes, and opposite rooms on the same floor were appreciated so that family could go back and forth easily.
