1. The stairs are located at the ends of the building, not near the elevator so it was more inconvenient to try to use them to walk down after waiting a bit for the elevator.

10. They were doing the tiles on the first floor while we were there so it was a bit of an inconvenience (not being able to go to the pool through the hallway, hearing construction noise while we were having breakfast), but otherwise it met our expectations.
