4. The only thing i found to complain about was a noisy air con unit (but i was sort of expecting this and went prepared with my ear plugs),and the price of the food/drink from the coffe bar ,which is extortionate in all hotels anyway.

8. Well overall I was satisfied the only thing I did not like was the room service they never changed our sheets we had to call and complain many times or no towels, but we had breakfast everyday free which is and expensive with 4 kids and 2 adults, where we saved at least $30.
