1. The two complaints I have about this facility are 1) the location as is common with ALL the hotels on Idrive, it is difficult to get in and out of the hotel traffic on universal and Idrive on the weekenda can be miserable.

6. There is no way to access the stairway to go to the second floor (where I was staying) from the first floor so if I had any complaints at all it would be that I would have to wait quite a while for an elevator to go up one level.

8. I had booked a 2nd room for another employee, it was also on the 5th floor down the corridor from ours, his room was absent of smells and in much better condition as well - no complaints on his at all.
