1. Set slightly off I-Drive it can be a challenge to find however, it is set back far enough that road noise is practically diminished.

2. There were signs posted which stated that there were bathroom renovations, but we were not disturbed by any noises (could not be heard if there was renovation going on) :).

3. - There are some rennovation works going on but we didn't hear any noise during our stay, we were out of the hotel most days though.

9. The Hyatt really was in a perfect location, although it is on International Drive it is set back from the main road so no noise from traffic.

10. They were doing the tiles on the first floor while we were there so it was a bit of an inconvenience (not being able to go to the pool through the hallway, hearing construction noise while we were having breakfast), but otherwise it met our expectations.
