1. The resort is located on International Drive and we took the trolly whereever we needed to go (one way $1,25 can't go wrong).

3. When my daughter's meal came out wrong twice, the kitchen manager came out unsolicited and profusely apologized, got her something different at super speed and gave us $20 in resort bucks to spend during our stay.

4. Check in was very swift didnt feel it was very welcoming and another staff member came over and told the lady who was checking me in that she had checked someone into the wrong room (which i didnt think was very proffessional).

7. Every TV (there are 3 in the unit) had an issue ranging from the wrong remote control to snow on virtually every channel or a picture quality so dark, you could barely see the picture at all.

10. The problem I have is we set a date and they took the wrong date down and when I tried to speak with someone about this I get 'we will have to call you back by the end of the day' I received this same speech from SEVERAL different people and NO ONE has called me back or even pretended to care.
