1. I often read complaints about rental condos and the lack of everyday things like toilet paper, dish liquid, laundry detergent.

5. We arrived after our transatlantic flight late at night and would have appreciated a courtesy bottle of water in our fridge and overall I feel it is the lack of the little touches that let this resort down.
