1. We left the room early in the morning and returned mid-day to find the remote problem corrected and a message on the phone informing us that the repair had been made and if anything else was needed to be sure to call.

3. Only problem we had was the BlueGreen company tried to sell 3 ownerships to my husband and his brothers (their parents are the owners - they were told it would transfer ownership to their children when they passed).

Everything was pristine - staff was amazingly friendly - from the guards who always gave you a wave as you entered or left the resort to the maintenance staff that always asked if we were having a good time and if we had any problems they could address - one saw us coming down the hall and pushed the button for the elevator so it was waiting for us by the time we got there .

7. We had one problem with the in room hot tub which was resolved quickly and courteously by on site staff members.
