2. The ability to do our own wash meant we could pack less items (wash and re wear them) plus doing a couple of loads the day before leaving meant coming home with next to no dirty clothes.

6. The pool was cold the pool toilets were very dirty and smelly, customer service very apalling so much so that we cut short our stay by 4 days and got an early flight home.

We were put into building 7, and on arrival i wondered what i had let myself in for - the corridors and the lift area was very dirty, and by the time i got to the front door of the apartment my stomach was sinking - the front door was very dirty as well as the outside of the apartment and i was dreading opening the door, however i got a pleasant surprise, the apartment was lovely, big spacious and clean.
