1. My father has a bad back and did not care for their beds, we called guest services and they quickly resolved the bed issue.

8. Apart from this the quality of the pools,accomodation, surroundings including barbecue areas, hammocks, variety of sport facilities, staff friendlieness and helpfullness well exceed this negative issue.

9. All parks are within a few miles from the resort and yes we visited all of them for 50 bucks a pot with those discouted tickets at the mobil station (no issues to report on the tickets) :-) After visiting the Disney parks and Universal we all agreed to stay on the main pool the final two days and there was no need to go to Sea World because the kids just loved the main pool areas.
