1. we like to cook meals in, so we noticed that one burner was not working on the stove and the automatic icemaker was broken as well.

4. The furniture was ripped and run down, it was dark and depresssing, the beds looked broken and on top of it no maid service (sorry I am on vacation the one timed I don't have to make beds).

7. The other disappointing factor was at the coffee/breakfast bar - their iced coffee machine which makes various iced coffee/cappuccino drinks was broken the entire time we were there.

8. children running wild, knicking apartment doors and broken glass around the grounds we have been back to Florida every year since but would not entertain staying at OL such a shame a beautiful place has been spoiled by to much building to many apartments the personal touch is gone Mrs E Crozier South Wales.

The door was broken and had to be adjusted so it would lock each time we left the room and it was never fixed during our stay however they had no problem waking us up at 8 am to replace the lightbulbs in our room that weren't even out but they stated it was a regular maintance thing, The new pool and slide closes at 5 pm.
