1. Otherwise, no complaints on the room and supplies EXCEPT that we were given one tiny box of tide and when I called the front desk requesting another box (this is the only extra supply we asked for) the person at the front desk kind of "chastised" me for asking for another box.

We really enjoyed our stay at Floridays resort tremendously, but there were also a few little, tiny things that bothered us a little: If you do not bring your own computer, you cannot use the internet provided at the "Business Center" next to the reception desk for free but have to pay 20 cents per minute.

3. I had trouble connecting to the internet in their lobby (the rooms don`t have wireless--get with the times) and rather than just printing off my boarding passes (takes 60 seconds tops) she told me I had to buy an internet card and use their computers in some tiny room off the lobby.

4. One of the reasons I booked this hotel, was for the indoor playroom, which was tiny, and pointless.
