2. I immediately called the front desk to explain how dirty the room was, looked like it hadn't been vaccummed in months and they sent house keeping to the room right away.

The location is convienent (just off freeway, and has a grocery store very close)The pool bar is great to have, and the little cafe came in handy for sandwiches/food for the kids at reasonable pricesThe pool itself had a nice area for little onesThe Bad:Upon entering the room I could not believe how dirty it was.

6. Pool towels were all supplied and were easy to change (at the side of the pool there is a box with clean towels and dirty towels, so you change as you wish) we just used these even to go to the water parks etc so saves you carrying them with you in your luggage.

8. You could hear people on the floor above you taking baths, and dropping stuff on the floor at night, and I am a clean freak so I notice these things, but the walls near the beds in the guest rooms and by the light switches were SO dirty, they really needed to be wiped down.
