1. It does lack a bit of sparkle though, nothing I can put my finger on but it is perhaps a bit souless.

9. The most ironic thing about our stay was given the lack of room cleaning from housekeeping, they had the nerve to call me in my room on our departure morning at 9am to ask what time we would be out so that they could clean the room for the next group.

10. We were on the 1st floor of building `C` overlooking the lake - beautiful :)I had read on some other reviews about the lack of sun loungers etc at the pool but thankfully we did not experience this at all.
