1. We used the shuttle to Disney the first two days and the only complaint we had with that was with broken seatbelts.

2. We didn't use the 'resort' amenities much (other than the swimming pool) but the front desk staff were superb - service was pretty much instant when we needed things in the apartment (a corkscrew because the one we had was broken; wash cloths when housekeeping had forgotten to leave these with the new towels) and very helpful when we wanted advice (from where to eat out for breakfast to where to find a playground/park to take the children, to getting stamps for postcards).

3. The negative things about the hotel during our stay was the jazzuci at the pool & in our room did not work, pool was not heated, our closet doors & front door security latch was broken.

5. If I was going to complain about anything it would be a couple cosmetic things (the face of a drawer in the master bath was broken on one corner; one drawer in the girls bedroom wouldn't close, it was always a little ajar; and one drawer in the boys bedroom was hard to close).

6. The first night in the room our lock was broken, the next day the dishwasher broke, then the sink clogged the toilet was running.

7. When we walked in the thermostat cover fell off, the toilet seat covers were broken, the carpet & furniture felt dirty, the drawers in the master suite would not stay closed and the provided dishes were filthy.

8. I think the broken lamps were so because they have tassels hanging from the turn switch, not the best choice for a hotel which is geared for families.
