1. We ate at The Plaza Restaurant at the Magic Kingdom and had terrible service (we even got a free Fastpass from the manager because our waiter was so bad - although we were leaving the park so we had to give it away).

The location is convienent (just off freeway, and has a grocery store very close)The pool bar is great to have, and the little cafe came in handy for sandwiches/food for the kids at reasonable pricesThe pool itself had a nice area for little onesThe bad:Upon entering the room I could not believe how dirty it was.

5. the bad things:I felt the keys were kind of shabby, they un-programmed themselves and I had to go the main office to reprogram them which was an inconvenience.

9. I would have liked our trash to be changed daily but that was not the case, many times we had to take it out ourselves (not really a bad thing).
