1. It overlooked the scrubland waiting on Phase 2 construction so was very very quiet, a minute from the small pool to the right and a 2 minute walk to the main pool to the left.

2. I only returned from the resort 2 days ago and the resort was pretty quiet people wise, we didnt hear any construction noise - only the gardener noisily cutting & hoovering (?) leaves up one morning at 8am.

5. With the amount of rooms the Floridays has, their pool area should be larger, or they should have multiple large pool areas to accommodate the amount of guests(actually a second complex w/pool is being constructed).

6. The front of our unit faced the highway which was quite noisy at night but the real problem is there is a new building going up next door and the construction starts around 6am and is very loud.

9. There is a Publix close by, but if you walk there, you have to walk along the busy road in the grass in front of a construction site.
