1. Yes, as other reviews have stated, the bathrooms are on the tiny side, but the vanity area was huge and there was plenty of room to spread out.

3. Other than that the loft room we had was so tiny in the 1st floor you had to be cautious when getting out of bed in the middle of the night or you would bang into the circular staircase which was so close to the bed that the top drawer on the nightstand could not be opened.
