1. The bed was comfortable though the bathroon with an over bath shower was a little small but I didn't find this a huge problem.

2. We had a minor problem in our room which we reported as we were going out for the day and upon our return we found it to be fixed as needed.

5. Told maintenance about the exhaust fan and the wobbly, rattling ceiling fan & was told - oh yeah - we've been having problems with those not working.

6. The spiral stairs going up to the lofts are a little cramped but they are safe and not a problem for the younger ones.

8. Also our first nite there were partiers returning to their room at 3 AM, which is fine, but the problem is that they were yelling, screaming and slamming the door over and over.

10. If you are at all claustrophobic, you will have a problem in the shower/toilet area.
