1. The last thing is the problem-the other guests coming in and out, rolling suitcases on wood floors can be a bit noisy.

4. We had two rooms on the first floor facing the courtyard, and the rooms were nice and clean but the courtyard was a little noisy at night if you are a light sleeper.

5. With all of the Mardi Gras fun going on in the city, this hotel was kept up, was not noisy (barring the occasional group coming in for the evening, but even that was minimal).

8. Having stayed at many hotels in New Orleans--from swank to dank--I'd like to encourage potential customers of the Prytania to disregard negative reviews that include complaints such as 'too noisy' or 'was charged fees I didn't know about.

10. Our room had windows that faced the street (Prytania) and it times it could be noisy but certainly not to the point where it kept us awake or woke us up once we were sleeping.
