The staff was exceedingly nice and welcoming -- taking the time to describe the trolley system to us when we checked in, despite a line of other guests starting to form behind us (I hope they don't write the next review complaining about slow check in because the front desk clerk takes too much time with previous guests.

4. Before checking out, we checked our credit card and we noticed that we were charged twice the amount we were supposed to be charged, we complained at the lobby and they fixed it.

5. I was nervous at first, but none of my stuff was ever touched or moved, not even my personal belongings, in the week I was there, so nothing to complain about other than the peace of mind factor.
