5. Having stayed at many hotels in New Orleans--from swank to dank--I'd like to encourage potential customers of the Prytania to disregard negative reviews that include complaints such as 'too noisy' or 'was charged fees I didn't know about.

7. The only other slight negative was the water pressure in the shower (no tub), but considering the historical aspect of the building it was adequate.

10. If the negatives posted here reflect your travel tastes then you are better off at the Days Inn, but if you enjoy the flavor of a city like New Orleans, then definitely give this little place a try.
