1. We had to keep the air conditioning on otherwize a moldy smell would take over, and the tub did not drain well so our shower quickly turned into a foot bath.

4. The rooms were filthy - mold in tub, holes in walls presumably where a phone jack belonged, the mattress woke you up everytime you turned over and the outside area was unkept.
