1. We didn't see any signs of the problems some other guests have mentioned on this site.

The day I left, I did speak to the front desk about the problems I had with my room, as Shelita had asked me to do, and the gal at the front desk tried for several minutes to find an available manager, but she couldn't find any of the managers that were on duty to help her, but the one thing she did do was to give me half off the first night I had the water problems.
