2. I have a bad back, and the bed was not so horribly saggy that I couldn't sleep on it, but it was not the most comfortable I've experienced.

3. )The Iberville lobby, on the 2nd floor, was very nice looking, with lots of seating areas, eating tables, and a single computer station that's pretty horribly slow, with a free printer if you want to print boarding passes or the like.
