1. mold in corner of tub on tile surround and on shower curtain, tile floor cracked in several places and rough to walk on.

2. While the carpet in this room was somewhat better, the walls were dirty and in need of paint, the mattress in need of replacement, the shower had a good deal of mold and the water temperature never got above tepid, and the television (no flat screen) was so blurry it was hard to watch.
