1. No major complaints; the room was large, check-in was average, front door staff were usually around and helpful when available, and the computer near the front desk was helpful (a second one would be nice to avoid waits).

3. It is a little confusing getting to the lobby and we never found the stairs to avoid the 2 floor elevator, but will stay here the next time we are in NOLA.
