4. I'll never stay at a Hyatt again, utterly ridiculous they couldn't honor a negotiated room rate that someone has reserved a room for that still fell in the negotiated date range.

7. It`s not that charging me for the for shipping is ridiculous, but after spending 200+ a night on the hotel - and having almost a dozen hyatt stays already this year, I would have hoped it would have just been comped.
